Software is the result of a creative process, therefore we as software engineers should consider our products to be works of art. Most of what we write can be categorized as boiler-plate but sometimes we write pieces of software that stand out. Either because we have spent a lot of time crafting it or just because the layout and identifiers chosen are in harmony.
However, once written, software will come to rest in some repository and will be forgotten as time passes. I think some of these gems deserve to be more exposed, not just to me but to anybody that appreciates it, just like art.
This is my collection of such pieces collected from actual work created by myself. Contributions are also welcome and of course you as the artist will be credited for it.
